Orders within the United States may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale. Please note that we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• International orders shipped to destinations outside the United States
• Limited-edition sculptural objects and archival pieces
• Custom or bespoke orders (including engraved, specially sized, or otherwise altered items)
• Items explicitly designated as Final Sale on the product page
• Orders purchased using store credit

To Initiate a Return:

If your item is eligible, please contact customer@luping-wang.com to initiate the process. Returns must be authorized by our team. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) form and detailed shipping instructions. Your package must be shipped within 3 days of receiving this authorization.

Note: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the return or deduct a restocking/repair fee from your store credit if these conditions are not met. Returns initiated beyond the 10-day window, or shipped later than 3 days after authorization, will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit issued will exclude any original shipping fees.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, please email customer@luping-wang.com within 14 days of receiving your order. EU customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including transit fees, duties, and taxes.
